Quick and Easy to use

Staff Trak is so convenient and easy to use, your staff won’t even notice it. Each staff member wears an encoded radio frequency disc on a velcro wrist strap. When they move their hand close to the till, the reader at the till reads the encoded disc and identifies the staff member.

If items have been rung up and someone else needs to use the till, they simply swipe to be identified and the till automatically holds the other transaction. When the original staff member swipes again the till automatically recalls their items and they can continue the sale.

Till Security

Because the tills are locked until a staff member is identified, there is no risk of unauthorised access to tills and cash drawers. Nobody can access the cash drawer without first being identified, and all transactions, including No Sales, are recorded.

Restricted Access

As well as securing tills and recording staff activity, Staff Trak also allows you to restrict access to certain till functions by assigning a security level to any keys you want secured. Only staff who have been assigned a sufficient access level will be able to utilise the functions, with unauthorised staff being denied access.

Detailed Reporting

Because every transaction is allocated against the identified staff member, you are able to access detailed reporting on staff sales and performance levels and monitor usage of keys such as No Sale, Discount and Return keys. You can even setup an automatic daily report to view details of particular transaction types.
